Reviews and Ratings
I felt like I was taken back in time to a beautiful, preserved Inn at UNC amid the campus and surrounded by stores and restaurants. The room was stylish, comfortable, and came with complimentary organic tea and coffee, making my stay feel truly luxurious. The service was friendly and knowledgeable, and the staff took great care to ensure I knew about all the shuttles running to nearby events. The dining experience was good, but could have been more imaginative compared to the gourmet dinner service. The hotel's location couldn't have been better for my college touring in the research triangle, and I truly enjoyed the colonial revival style.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were large with an extra comfy bed, spotless, and comfortable, but there were some issues that caused stress, especially with noise from above. The service was a bit lacking, with some staff being rude, but others were extremely welcoming and friendly. The location was excellent, although the noise levels were disturbing. The dining options were substandard for the cost, lacking imagination, and not up to par with the gourmet dinner service.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, equipped with lovely linens and toiletries. The noisy clunky air conditioner was a minor downside, but having all necessities and complimentary organic tea and coffee made up for it.
